We want you to be completely satisfied with XTREAM 4U. We offer a free trial so you can test the service before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly recommend requesting a free trial before purchasing.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues on our side that prevent the service from working, where our support team has been unable to resolve the problem within 48 hours.
- Service was not as described at the time of purchase.
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription period.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in these situations:
- Change of mind after using the service.
- Buffering caused by the subscriber’s internet connection (not our servers).
- Incompatibility with specific devices not listed as supported.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- After 7 days from the start of the subscription period.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of your subscription start date. Provide your account details and a description of the issue. Refunds, where approved, are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
