We want you to be completely satisfied with XTREAM 4U. We offer a free trial so you can test the service before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly recommend requesting a free trial before purchasing.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our side that prevent the service from working, where our support team has been unable to resolve the problem within 48 hours.
  • Service was not as described at the time of purchase.
  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in these situations:

  • Change of mind after using the service.
  • Buffering caused by the subscriber’s internet connection (not our servers).
  • Incompatibility with specific devices not listed as supported.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • After 7 days from the start of the subscription period.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of your subscription start date. Provide your account details and a description of the issue. Refunds, where approved, are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
