1. Service Description

XTREAM 4U provides IPTV streaming services giving subscribers access to live television channels and on-demand content over an internet connection. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Personal Use Only

The service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your account credentials with individuals outside your household. Violation of this term may result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Subscription and Billing

All subscriptions are prepaid. Payment is required before account activation. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. To continue service after your subscription period ends, you must manually renew by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to infringe any copyright, transmit harmful content, or circumvent any geographic restrictions.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We will notify subscribers of planned maintenance where possible.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
